FELL POINT: Behind The Build of our award-winning home from this year’s PRISM awards! This exclusive interview and testimonial, produced by Keen Eye Marketing, shows the ingenuity of our team and our dedication to our clients. #LuxuryLifestyle #CustomBuild #HomeGoals
Our Fell Point home, on Captain’s Island, is brimming with robust design elements that make this luxurious home rich in character. Stepping through the oversized glass and metal front doors and into the custom tiled foyer, you will find yourself blown away by the expansive vaulted ceilings, while also catching a glimpse of the oversized back deck and pool courtyard.
The triple vaulted great room is clad in red oak ceilings, lime-washed plaster, washed brick, polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace and has exposed duct work running through the warehouse-style room. The kitchen is wrapped in thick Orca marble and features a fully custom hanging trellis over the island. This red oak wood trellis hangs off two solid steel I-beams spanning over the kitchen. We have two industrial pendants dropped from the trellis to coordinate with the dining space’s custom cluster chandelier.
Off the kitchen, the black-and-white scullery features an additional kitchenette, lockers, water filler and automatic cleaning cat litter box. The front two guest bedrooms feature a custom sauna as well as a rock-climbing bunkbed wall complete with a rope-swing. Passing by the copper powder room and through a security coded door (nothing short of 007) into the smoking room, you enter the owner’s suite. This room is the foyer to the suite and is wrapped in custom red oak panels, lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and showcases an illuminated copper Tom Dixon chandelier.
The rest of the owner’s retreat features black bamboo tile walls, backlit shower shelves, large soaking tub, hydro illuminated Frank Lloyd Wright rain shower, a teak and River rock shower floor and a goldleaf closet ceiling. The entire house wraps around the property enclosing the pool deck and with 3 Tesla Powerwalls and a series of solar roof panels this home is truly its own private oasis.
BERESFORD CREEK: Showcasing our award-winning remodel from this year’s PRISM awards!
The original home at just under 3,000 sqft sits on a scenic bluff overlooking a coveted fishing spot. Plans were drawn up to expand and revamp the 1998 Daniel Island home. Keeping the front façade, we demoed and reframed the entire home interior and added about 8,100 sqft of new interior & exterior living space to the home. With 8 kitchen and bar areas, this home features many modern luxuries in both form and function which can be seen throughout each space.
The impressive 50’ infinity pool and spa, a full 6-appliance suite outdoor kitchen, a second mini bar off the “Pub’s” passthrough window and a second story DJ deck overlooking it all creates the ultimate outdoor entertainment zone. Full glass Origin sliding doors off the great room, champagne room, pub, guest suite & primary suite open up the entire house to the outdoor living. Custom trim work, custom metal work, custom marble work, custom cabinets & custom tile work can be seen throughout.
Extensive rough work was done for backlighting the great groom ceiling, marble mantles, custom shelving, 3 linear fireplaces, custom showers, surround sound for 7 different TV entertainment zones, walk-in wine zone, and many other elements. The primary bathroom alone boasts a 12’ custom marble vanity, wine cooler, charging drawers, sky light with rain shower, and custom interior architectural windows. This home is packed with luxuriously modern custom details.
