Design Process
Our method in working with homeowners is to provide a detailed design-build process so that everything is in-house, efficient and will stand the test of time. Our first step is to help find the ideal community that meets each individual lifestyle and family need. We look at the context of each specific site in relation to how the home sits in harmony with the natural surroundings. We then guide our clients through each phase as they navigate budgets, functionality and design. Our focus is on the form and function of each space and how the homeowner will live in each area.
Our design team, site manager and cloud-based design-build software pilot each phase of the build so our clients can focus on their personalized and custom design selections. Our cloud-based builder software with 24/7 access through a portal login allows clients to follow their build progress, review documents, add photos, confirm selections, track their budgets and share ideas. This management software allows for open communication, attention to detail and transparency in the whole design-build process. Our goal for each build is to maintain lasting value while emphasizing every detail that makes the home unique to each homeowner.
