Nathan has been working in Charleston’s Construction industry since 2006 and has a very dynamic background beginning with his renovation company and growing into a Luxury Custom Home Builder.  He truly enjoys working with customers on their new construction and addition projects from the first steps of the design phase through the final punch-out items of their new construction luxury homes.  The many years he spent completing full home renovations on problem properties has helped him to develop many quality construction practices to ensure that his homes will be built with a focus on quality and ensure that they will exceed your expectations and stand the test of time.

The combination of renovation experience and quality custom home construction techniques has helped Nathan to grow into an experienced Custom Home Builder creating Luxury New Construction and Addition projects in Park Circle, Daniel Island, Mt. Pleasant and Charleston.  He has completed projects on Daniel Island, Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms and North Charleston and many other areas in the greater Charleston region.
