Wow, it’s been a busy and eventful spring and summer here at Delpino Custom Homes!  We are who you want to look out for when it comes to Luxury New Construction projects in Charleston.  I hope that you have been following us on Facebook, Twitter and now on Instagram  , all @Delpinocustom, to stay up to date on our completed projects and upcoming endeavors in the Lowcountry.  But, just in case you haven’t been following here is a quick update to make sure you didn’t miss out on our quality projects right here in Charleston.

We started the Spring season with our Custom home project at 355 Lesesne St, Daniel Island being a part of the Charleston Home and Design Magazine 2016 Luxury Home Tour on Daniel Island.  What a first class event, and an even better opportunity for homeowners and local residents to see some of the best luxury homes being built in Charleston today, and of course the best place to see miles of shiplap in one place.

While we were putting the final touches on our Luxury Home on Daniel Island, Phase III of the Rugheimer Project was also wrapping up.  In fact, we just sold the last home in Phase III and we are beginning the first home in Phase IV of the Rugheimer Project.  Building these homes in the heart of Park Circle has given us the opportunity to build a quality home with custom high end finishes that homeowners and buyers have been searching for.  The highlights of a few our completed homes are below and they include sand and finish hardwood flooring, subway tile, board and batten siding and ceramic tile bathrooms.

Check out out this virtual tour of the last house that we just completed in Park Circle!
