The latest development project from Delpino Custom Homes is located in the up and coming Park Circle Neighborhood of North Charleston.  This future home site will feature 4 New Construction Cottage and Charleston Style homes that will complement the established neighborhood.  After almost 3 years of flipping properties in the Park Circle neighborhood and the completion of 4501 Overbrook Ave in Park Circle (Fall 2013) it became evident that this rapidly changing neighborhood was ready for the next step.

This is why Delpino Custom Homes, LLC committed to purchasing a small mobile home park on Rugheimer Ave that consisted of 6 mobile homes that were in desperate need of being removed from this revitalizing streetscape.  Using the many years of renovation experience, and the comfort in taking a distressed home and turning it into a sparkling newly updated home, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to use that vision to upgrade an entire block, rather that just one house of many.   Take a look at what we mean when we say that these mobile homes were ready to be demolished:

In addition to this home site being in a great location in the Park Circle neighborhood ( normally determined by proximity to the Circle, East Montague, and the new Mixon development) this home site also features 2 beautiful Grand Oak Trees.  If you are familiar with South Carolina you will know that these are practically considered state treasures, and at the least define the iconic landscape of the Coastal Lowcountry.  These 2 Grand Trees will help us to adhere to one of our true development goals of maintaining the classic “Americana” feel of the Park Circle neighborhood and bridging the gap of  the old era Charleston style with the new.

Make sure you keep up with the updates to watch how this project starts to transform the quaint nook in Park Circle.
